More and more companies are putting a greater emphasis on attitude rather than skill. It is much harder to try and reform someone’s mentality than it is to teach a skill. However, it is undeniable that the most talented people are those who possess an excellent character, attitude as well as the necessary skills.
점점 더 능력보다는 태도와 품성을 중요시하는 조직이 늘어날 것으로 확신합니다. 능력 개발보다는 인성과 태도를 교육시키기가 더욱 어렵기 때문입니다. 그러나 최우수 인재는 태도와 품성뿐만 아니라 능력도 동시에 갖출 수 있어야 한다는 것은 엄연한 사실입니다.
